All nappies & wipes

We supply them so you don’t need to pack them — just bring spare clothes.

Government funding (FEEE)

We accept the Free Early Education Entitlement at all three nurseries. Funded hours reduce your monthly fee.

9 months – 2 years

15 hours per week of funded childcare for eligible working parents.

2-year-olds

15 hours per week for working families and certain other eligibility groups.

3 & 4-year-olds

15 hours universal, plus an additional 15 hours (30 total) for working parents.

How to claim: apply for your funding code via gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare and share it with us. We do the rest.

Other ways to pay

Beyond the FEEE entitlement, several other government schemes can help cut your effective fee.

Tax-Free Childcare

Open a government Tax-Free Childcare account and the government tops up every £8 you pay in with £2 — up to £2,000 per child per year. We accept payments directly from these accounts.

Workplace Childcare Vouchers

For employers still operating legacy voucher schemes (Edenred, Computershare, Sodexo, etc.) we accept vouchers in part-payment of monthly fees.

Universal Credit childcare element

If you receive Universal Credit, you may be able to claim back up to 85% of your childcare costs. We can provide invoices in the format required.

Common questions about fees

Are settling-in sessions paid?

No — your three settling-in sessions in the two weeks before your start date are included in the fees. See How We Teach.

What about bank holidays and training days?

We’re closed for bank holidays and training days. All closure days are paid days, included in your monthly fee with no rearrangements.

What if my child is sick?

Fees still apply on illness days. The place will be ready for when your child returns. See our Sickness policy on the Policies page.

Can I change my booking pattern?

Yes — on request, with notice taking effect from the last day of the next calendar month. Increases depend on availability; decreases require the same notice period.

How are fees billed?

Invoiced one month in advance and due on the 25th of each month. Your invoice itemises any funding deductions.
